In 2000 she was signed by Sony Publishing UK.
She worked as a backing vocalist for a list of international superstars that includes John Legend, R Kelly, Amy Winehouse, Black Eye Peas, Chic, Joselyn Brown, Will Smith, Blu Cantrel, Sean Paul, Wyclef Jean, Shalamar, Lionel Richie, Beverly Knight, Kele Le Roc, Omar, Kym Mazelle, Tom Jones, Westlife, Blue, Lee Ryan, Vanessa Haynes, Andrew Roachford, Boy George and the Culture Club, Kym Mazelle, Angie Brown, Carleen Anderson, Mary Pearce, Kele Le Roc, Mario Biondi, Izzy Dunn and the London Community Gospel Choir, Cece Rogers and Gianna Nannini.
Other collaborations include Steven Tibet, Gianluca Mosole, Andrea T Mendoza and Britalics.
In 2014 her 1st solo album entitled "Don`t Fall In Love With Me" co-produced with Xantone' Blacq, features Troy Miller on drums and reached NO.2 in the UK Official Soul Music Chart.
Manuela toured Europe and South America as lead singer of the “Amy Lives Project” founded by Xantone Blacq with the authentic members of Amy Winehouse's band.
She performed with Xantone’ Blacq's at Jazz Cafe, Boisdale Canary wharf, Ronnie Scott’s.
Featured lead vocalist in Eliane Correa Y la Evolucion band at Glastonbury festival.
In 2021 she composed and produced all the original tracks for DjSaxLondon’s album entitled “Rose”.
2023 Manuela is releasing a brand new album “Musicaland” Part 1
2024 released the single “Blues again”.
